Position: Associate Professor of Japanese Linguistics
Leiden University invites applications for a fulltime Associate Professorship in Japanese linguistics. Research specialization is open. Expertise in sociolinguistics, historical linguistics, discourse studies, or foreign language pedagogy may be an advantage. Appointment will be fixed-term from August 2014 through July 2017, with the possibility of extensions of up to three years, and of tenure thereafter. Applications by high-potential applicants who are currently at the level of Assistant Professor will be considered.
