Job Description
This position is responsible for administering the company’s multilingual proprietary Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting and training with end users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications, as well as assistingthe President in the implementation of operational policies and procedures by managing accounting and finance functions, corporate information maintenance,and office management responsibilities.
Desired Skills & Experience
Computer Skills: Ability to use spreadsheets,presentation software, word processing software (i.e. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,MS Word, MS Access, etc.), and internet software (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome).
Language Skills: Business level fluency in both Japanese and English
