Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting a variety of human resource services under the direction of the Lead Consultant, such as payroll, recruiting, and generalist activities as well as supporting the team with contributions to internal processes such as researching hr topics; updating existing  HR tools/deliverables such as Job Description, Handbooks,Performance Management, Training, Recruitment.

• Speak, Read, Write English and Japanese
• Microsoft Office Products
• Strong writing skills
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge of payroll systems ADP, EZ Labor, Paychex , etc preferred.
