We are collaborating with Peace Winds Japan to provide aid to one of Japan’s most badly hit cities, Kesennuma. Peace Winds Japan has already set up initial operations in Kesennuma and is now delivering food, water and blankets to various shelters. Funds collected though these fundraising activities will be used to aid recovery of this devastated city. Detailed usage of collected funds will be determined as needs become clearer, and all the donations made through this site will primarily be transferred to Peace Winds Japan.
Japan has received tremendous and courageous help and messages of hope from all around the world. Our friends and relatives have all shared their accounts of how others have helped them overcome overwhelming difficulties. Your support is needed to help the victims of this tragic event.
