Eckerd College seeks a part-time Visiting Professor specializing in the history and culture of East Asia. The position requires teaching five courses per year, including the first half of the World History survey, at least one course in modern East Asian history, and other courses to be determined according to the candidates specialization. Ph.D. or ABD in history or other appropriate discipline required. Eckerd College, the only independent national liberal arts college in Florida, has a tradition of innovative education and teaching/mentoring excellence.
