Our downtown Toronto client is looking for a FULLY BILINGUAL (JAPANESE and ENGLISH) administrator to join their team on an 18 month maternity contract. Duties will include looking after all payroll related affairs for the client’s Japanese expatriate staff. If you are an experienced administrator with some HR/Payroll experience than this position is for you!
Basic Requirements for the Position are:
• Be able to read and understand Japanese
• Fluent in English
• Some experience in Payroll
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Be able to handle confidential information
Additional Assets include:
• Accounting background
• Familiar with SAP (for accounting input purposes)
