The Senior Development Officer increases the College’s fundraising capacity through the successful cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of a pool of prospective donors with the capacity to make gifts in the $100K to $1M range and assessment of selected prospects on an ongoing basis. This position has a strong focus on international prospective donors, particularly Asia, requiring foreign language proficiency and cultural sensitivity.

Experience

• 7-10 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Experience in closing leadership-level gifts is required
• Proficiency in foreign language and culture, particularly related to Asia (speak and read Chinese or Japanese).
