Leiden University invites applications for a fulltime position as Japanese Instructor. Appointment will be fixed-term from January 2013 through December 2015, with the possibility of extensions of up to three years, and of tenure thereafter. Requirements include native proficiency in Japanese and an MA in Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language or equivalent, e.g. Applied Linguistics or Foreign Language Pedagogy with a specialization in Japanese.
