The University of Central Arkansas seeks an accomplished professional to lead the strategic growth of its international programs. Bringing energetic vision to international education at UCA, the Director will work collaboratively with the campus community to foster global perspectives and promote the internationalization of its academic and outreach mission. The director will oversee and coordinate international student recruitment and services, the Intensive English Program, study abroad, and international exchange agreements for students and faculty as well as liaise with UCA’s Confucius Institute, Asian Studies Development Program, and FIPSE activities. The director will also ensure the University’s compliance with federal and state regulations, institutional risk assessment procedures, and appropriate campus policies.

Minimum qualifications include master’s degree from an accredited institution; a record of effective supervisory leadership in international education; strong intercultural, communication, organizational, and budgetary skills. Experience living or teaching abroad and working knowledge of a second language preferred.
