The Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures and the Program in Theater Studies at Yale University announce a search to make a tenure-track appointment as assistant professor in the field of Japanese theater and performance, to begin July 1 2012. The appointee will teach undergraduate and graduate courses on Japanese theater and performance (such as Noh, Bunraku, Kabuki, modern and contemporary theater, etc.) and courses in the Theater Studies program.
